    How can I Count total number of unique values from a colum?

    If you have valid numbers here is one way:

    =SUM(SIGN(FREQUENCY(A:A,A:A)))

    Adjust the column.

    There are several ways. The best way depends on a few factors.

    What type of data is it? Is it text? Numeric? Could be both? Something else?

    How much data is there? A few dozen rows? Hundreds of rows? Thousands of rows?

    Are there any empty cells within the data range?
