    Unsure how to fill my Rows with correct COUNTIFS and vlookups

    Hello All,

    Thanks for all the previous help that i have been receiving. Much appreciated!

    I updated my spreadsheet and I have 3 sheets in the workbook. Summary, Query, and Data.

    Basically, i am trying to understand how to create a formula by using the data sheet to get unauthorized and authorized units that were transferred.

    The query worksheet contains all the information i need. But in the summary sheet, for example on cell B11, C11, and D11 - i Pre-filled the answers from basically filtering from the query worksheet. But how do i create the correct formula so that it can populate automatically in the boxes?

    Same thing for the district managers. how do i create a formula that will give me the answers to cell C19 and C20.

    Please help! Pleaseeee

    See attached file for the formulae used. All basically SUMIFS, though I'm not sure how you got the figures that you quoted in your example - have I missed some other condition?.

    I think use of 2 pivot table would be appropriate instead of juggling with too many formulas.
