Replacing characters withing a URL for a HTTP query using google places api

I have a problem with some names that have spaces, wildcards or other characters like apostrophe '.
Below are some examples of name and two other links. The links do not work due to the name written using the Concatenate function.

I need help replacing those characters in the concatenate formula, somehow that Excel recognizes it and the browser also. This is part of a function I wrote, so I need this to become a valid link. The name in question will be in Cell B4 from the concatenate formula.
