Using Data Validation Lists based on input of another Cell

Hi! I am trying to create an inventory list for our office personnel. I have created a list name (Services) and a list name for (Equipment). I want to show the possible choices for only "services" when the previous cell has chosen services and only show "equipment" choices when equipment was chosen in previous cell.

I am assuming there is a way to have a formula that chooses either list based on the contents of the previous cell.
