Dynamic vlookup to dedicated rows

i run a medical shop and i tried a formula that gives me data from a vlookup column that summsup total stock along with pharma order and also gives me idea of the latest stock position when i enter a drug,
what i wanted was to have a constant feed back(latest value) from everchanging stock(i enter every drug in single column and vlookup brings pharma name and stock in subsequent columns)
that is fed for different drugs in a single row dedicated to single drug so that i have constant knowledge of latest stocks of that drug
and referreing that data from sheet 2 to sheet 1 for main stock feed back and also wanted consumed drugs (stock remaining which is constantly changing and is also in single column and is entered in sheet 1)
stock from sheet 1 to sheet 2 in front of dedicated drug row which is entered in sheet 2,hope you esteemed seniors get what i am trying to say as i am a newbee and tried and failed to help myself.

1)I WANT MEDICINES STOCK WHICH ARE ORDERED AND ADDED AUTOMATICALLY, TO COME TO A SINGLE ROW IN FRONT OF DEDICATED MEDICINE ROW FOR SINGLE MEDICINE IN SHEET ONE(COLUMN Y ) FROM SHEET 2(COLUMN G 151 ONWARDS
WHICH IS DYNAMIC ) SO THAT I AM ALWAYS AWARE OF THE LATEST STOCK STATE OF THAT DRUG

2)REMAINING STOCK FROM SHEET 1(COLUMN( J )WHICH IS DYNAMIC) TO COLUMN (AA)(DEDICATED ROWS) SHEET 1, AS WELL AS TO COLUMN( F) ON SHEET 2(DYNAMIC ) SO THAT I AM AWARE OF REMAINING STOCK OF THAT DRUG

1ST SHEET IS FOR REGULAR DATA ENTRY WHEN PATIENTS ENTRY IS DONE 2ND SHEET ACTUALLY STARTS FROM ROW 151 DOWNWARDS( TOP DATA IS JUST FOR REFERENCE)

sir i have tried but could not get clue how to do it rest of the things or formulas in the sheet if you see i have done it but i was not able to crack for how to refer
