DIFFICULT formula: Show tied values and match uniek model

Hello,

With some help I managed to find the largest values from a list (sheet data) with a certian criteria and then matching the correct models.

HELP:

As the bottum of the sheet TOP you can see #NUM errors because there TIED values for the following reason
- the cells dont contain a value
- the cells in column F are tied therefore column E can not list the correct model

Example:

32 SB5102E 0.02
33 SMT-C5400 0.01
34 #NUM! #NUM!
35 #NUM! #NUM!
36 #NUM! #NUM!
37 #NUM! #NUM!
38 #NUM! #NUM!
39 #NUM! #NUM!
40 #NUM! #NUM!

Any help to solve this challeging formula would be much appreciated!

We are heading in the right direction.

Despite the TIED / Duplicate values i still would like to see the models in column E.
