    IF Statement

    HI,

    I have the following formula;

    At the end of the code i need to add in that if cell BF6 = "EIO" then to populate the source cell with "EXHOUSE", anything i have tried so far though doesn't work?

    Any ideas?

    Does N6 really contain the word "(blank)" ?

    It is not clear where the new condition will fit in. Can you try to describe the rules a bit more clearly?

    Yes, N6 & AD6 will sometimes contain the word blank.

    I needed the formula to populate the cell using the cell that didn't have blank in it but i need to keep the lookup to the required fields in the formula

    I have attached an example....

    Thanks, yes it works but for any cells that it doesn't meet the criteria it just shows as 'FALSE'

    It worked on your sample file as there were no examples of not meeting the criteria - please post another example file which includes some records that don't meet the criteria, and indicate what you would expect/hope to see in those cases.

    It's because the cell contains 'No' rather than yes.

    For these cases i just want the cell to be blank, so i assume i need to add ,"" somewhere in the formula
