Omitting Null Values from a text string

I am using Excel 2007. My workbook has a Detail tab which contains order detail and also contains a Summary tab which summarizes information from the detail tab using "countifs" and "sumifs" formulas as required. There is a section on the summary sheet that provides "Highlights" in text. My formula for the text summary is:

    The result reads:
    Total Pending = 2: 0 Team1, 1 Team2, 1 Team3, 0 Team4, 0 Team5

I am trying to adjust my formula so that it omits any team that has no orders, for example:

    Total Pending = 2: 1 Team2, 1 Team 3

I need to include all teams in my formula because the order count changes between teams on a daily basis. I've tried adding conditions but I seem to be going around in circles. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
