IF Function Formula Help

Hello.

Im making a forecast system but ran into a dead end trying to get my forecast to negate existing stock.

Eg

Part xx1 (Stock = 1) demand for the week = 5

So actual demand to make = 4

Im trying to get a formula to tell my forecast that if stock is greater than demand, actual demand = 0 with the difference to be made up later. Its currently set out in a row per part, and with over 1700 parts, I dont want to add a line in every time to add a formula below

Currently I sumif a forecast to generate the demand for the parts required. simply negating my stock produces a negative demand, I want it to show as a 0 until stock doesnt satisfy demand, in which case it will show the balance to be made up.

Any Help?

Here's a pic of the file.

The production planned in the yellow rows goes go another file in-which we have to joy of manually planning it (wont automate) but the Forecast demand is basically what the forecast demand is. Cell for the forecast is highlighted, (forecast itself comes from a production master sheet which goes into a tab on this worksheet).
