Add or subtract from total

Hi.
Im new to VBA (never used it before) and i'm a little confused here. I tried to copy paste you're code, but its not working.
Heres a sample of what i need : testing addition.xlsm
When someone inputs a qty in col D it will add that to the existing number in Col B and if input is in Col E it will subtract that qty from Col B.
