Need Help creating an Excel Sheet for Daily sales

Hey everyone
I need a bit of help Im looking to create an excel sheet for my sales reps. They get monthly sales quotas and I want to break it down to daily goals and then put in what they actually achieve to see if they are falling behind daily.

for example : for August one rep needs to sell 61 units. They work 23 days for the month. I would like to break it down to daily goals so if the daily goal is 3 and they only sold 2 the last 4 days I would like it to tell me what their daily goal would then be.
