A formula needed to match a number and use a word

Hi,
I have a few numbers in one column and I need a formula to give them a word
Example in attached PNG file.
I have different numbers in column O
I want in column P to have a formula that describes the number in a word as shown

Any ideas on which formula to use and how it would work?

You should post a real workbook instead of pictures.

You can create a table for those numbers and names then use vlookup to fetch the proper names.

put your number in cell A31 and formulae in A32 hope it works out for you..

=IF(A31=5020,"sales",IF(A31=5010,"export",IF(A31=5007,"import",IF(A31=5008,"damages",IF(A31=5003,"samples",IF(A31=5005,"internal"))))))

I have posted a workbook this time.
And I create this spreadsheet each week I wouldn't think creating a vlookup each week would be the best way to go??
