    Skipping 13 rows while dragging a formula

    I would like my spreadsheet to be able to do the following:

    A1=12
    A14=A1-7
    A27=A14-7

    Can someone please help me figure out how to make this happen . Thanks.

    Re: Skipping 13 rows while dragging a formula

    is there a way to make them blank? I need to put other formulas in cells between these cells. I am making a series of the same table where the data is based on what week it is.

    Not sure if this works, but give a try.

    In A1 enter 12.

    In A2 enter =a1-7

    Select only A2 and drag down per your need.

    Now select the range and use the below macro to insert 12 rows in between..
