Formula to highlight cell (or change font color) when condition is met

I want to highlight or change the font color of a cell already containing an IF statement. For example, the formula which is working fine in F12 is =IF(E12=TRUE,A12, ""). And I want to say, IF(I12 >0, highlight F12). I know it it will be conditional formatting, but do I combine it with the statement in F12? If so, how should it be written? I need step-by-step help, if possible.

    Thanks.

I intended to mark it as solved, but made an error and marked as unsolved. Can't find option to mark as solved. Where is it?
