Remove extra space between two words.

Hi everyone,

Normally every sentence there are one space between two words. But I have a data in which there are more than one space like two, three.... given. So every time I have to remove the spaces and its take lots of time to remove that extra spaces from the data.

I have attached excel sheet for example only. there are large data in my orignal sheet. so is it possible or is there any formula so that i can do for this, please suggest.

Use the TRIM() function.
