Concatenating adjacent and non adjacent cells depending on entries

I'm trying to write a formula for the grid below that will return a string of hours of operation with the column header (M, T, etc) and the time if not blank. Where I'm stuck is trying to have it return the next non-blank day/time, etc. See the raw grid below and what I'm looking to achieve for each row. It may not be able to be done in one all inclusive formula but any help on how to chunk it out in as few steps as possible would be great.

End results I want to achieve:
Row1= "T10-6, W10-6, W10-6, Th10-8, F10-6, Sa10-5"
Row2="M9-5, T9-5, W9-5, Th9-5, F9-5, Sa9-5"
Row3="M9-6, T9-6, W9-5, Th9-6, F9-3:
Row4="M12-630, T8-3, Th12-7, F9-1, Sa9-1"
Row5="M330-11, W330-11, F330-11"
Row6="M9-5, T9-5, W9-5, Th9-5, F9-5"
Row7="M9-11, W7-8, Th7-9, F9-8"
Row8="M10-11, W7-9, Th6-9, F10-8"

Hi and welcome ot the forum

Often, a copy/paste of your data does not come out looking like expected, so please upload a sample workbook instead
To attach a file to your post,
click advanced (next to quick post),
scroll down until you see "manage file",
click that and select "add files" (top right corner).
click "select files" find your file, click "open" click "upload" click 'done" bottom right. click "submit reply"

Once the upload is completed the file name will appear below the input boxes in this window.
You can then close the window to return to the new post screen.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you
