Dynamic Arrays - Selecting some rows based on criteria

    Hey guys,

A tricky one here. Helping out someone in the office with a spreadsheet they use....

They've got a table with two columns. Some of the rows have an x next to them. See below.

    customer contact strategy x
    one to one marketing
    one to one campaigns
    customer engagement x
    customer engagement campaigns x
    customer marketing x
    brand response x
    effectiveness advertising x

I want to use a formula (not pivot table or vba) to select only the values that have an x next to it. I also want them to be concatenated and put in one cell. So the end result would be the below, all in one cell.

    "customer contact strategy
    customer engagement
    customer engagement campaigns
    customer marketing
    brand response
    effectiveness advertising"

Is this possible? I'm thinking not...

    Cheers for your help,
    Lucas

Oversight! I didn't noticed that the result should be in one cell

And I didn't use search because if "x" comes in a word like x-mas and don't end with "x" then the result will be wrong..
