formula for ranking

Hello to all,
I seek your help ... and I try to explain that my inglesa is understandable.
I have two columns: A and B
in column A there are names (A1 Frank - Max A2 - A3 Julian)
in column B next to the names there are numbers
Name - score
Frank - 10
Max - 20
Jilian - 30

the winner is momentary Jilian, you can make it appear in another cell "Jiulian is first"
If there were more winners to reveal their names.

il vincitore momentaneo è Jilian, è possibile fare apparire in un altra cella "Jiulian è primo"
Se ci fossero più vincitori fare apparire i nomi.
