What could cause a formula to stop working. I have a form which has worked fine for several months, not without any changes my formulas are not working.
Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

and where would I find that?
If you are using 2010 it would be in the file tab and Options at the bottom, then formulas.
Make contributors happy, click on the "* Add Reputation" as a way to say thank you.

If you F2 (edit) and then enter, does it then give you the correct answer? (sure sign that calcs are set to manual)

Did you check if you were in Formula Auditing mode?
Try pressing Ctrl + " to toggle the Formula Auditing mode.
