Extract data using offset & multiple vlookup (sumproduct)

Hi friends:

I am trying to extract data from my sheet wherein offset & multiple vlookup (sumproduct) need to be used...

I have explained my difficulty in the attached spreadsheet...

Help will be appreciated...

1524-1324=200 not 260
or 1524-260-1264

Pls see the data in columns A:L

Since it is dates, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays are not included, hence 1524 - 260 is appearing in 1324 (although I agree your logical argument)...

I have shaded the rows 1524 & 1324 for your ref and put asterix in M1324 & M1524 for easier counting...
