Grouping info

Hi,
I have two columns. One that contains dates and the other that contains certain info per date.
I need to group all that info to range of dates.
Please, see attached file!

Pl see attached file with array formulas.
To enter ARRAY formula;
Copy an d paste the formula,
Press F2
Press Ctrl+Shift+Enter Keys.
