    Lookup (with blank rows)

    Hi im trying to get a time from a row with two lookup criteria the issue im having is i cant bring the data back because of the gap between the names in column A please see attached.

    example
    Luke Andrews Phone would be 02:03:04

    With the macro below to fill the gaps.

    After that with an pivot table.

    Hi thank you for your reply, I cant fill in the gaps it needs to be the same layout without macros also

    I dump that data and on a daily basis, I was just looking for a formula

    Then it is a small job to run to macro to fill the gaps.

    It will make it much easier to find a formula that fits your needs.

    =OFFSET(A3,MATCH(E4,$A$4:$A$20,0)+LOOKUP(F4,{"chat","email","phone","Text"},{0,1,2,3}),2,1) should do it
