ploting time that is in excess of required working hours and recognizing non-working day/s

    Hi everyone!

My problem is how can I plot the excess of 8 hours worked in a day of an employee. What I want to do is create a formula that will plot the excess 8 hours worked and recognized the non-working days (e.g. Saturday, Sunday and declared holidays). See attached sample file

    Thank you in advance.

What do you mean by "plot"?

What I mean is that the cell recognize or can determine the time that is over/beyond 8 hours.

Re: ploting time that is in excess of required working hours and recognizing non-working d

Thank you for helping me plotting the time especially on holidays, but there's one thing that I really need to solve. Here's what i want to happen:

If I logged in (time in @column B) at 9:00 and logged out (time out @ column C) at 20:00, column D will determine or plot the time 19:00 (for this the excess or beyond 8 hours of work (less 1 hour non-working time 12:00-13:00)). For column E, will only replicate the data entered at column C.

    Thanks again.
