I'm using the countif formula to count all the blank cells
=COUNTIF(AH$2:AH$1333,"<>")
it's working everywhere except in 1 column, it's giving a total of 1215 when it should 1213, any suggestion on solving this?

Have you tried =COUNTBLANK(AH$2:AH$1333)
Why don't you use COUNTBLANK function?
=COUNTIF(AH$2:AH$1333)

That particular function syntax will include in the count cells that contain formula blanks.
Try this...
=SUMPRODUCT(--(AH$2:AH$1333<>""))
