Help with repeating Time Stamps

I'm having trouble coming up with a function which will repeat a given string when a true/false condition is met. I've attached an example:

In column A you'll see matching row numbers with differing data in column B. I'm cleaning that data in columns C:F, pulling only the strings I need. What I want to do is repeat those cleansed strings in column G where the Ticket IDs match.

Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

See the attached. I added two columns to assist with calculations. The one caveat of the formula is that it is dependent on only one user per record (ie - in columns C-F, only one entry total for that row is possible).
