Converting time stamps to time intervals

Hello all,

I have excel files that are performance collections. They all have time stamps for each sampling on each row. I need a VBA to determine what the sampling intervals is? When the data is collected, the collection asks for a sampling interval time in seconds. This is what i'm trying have the vba do is determine what sampling interval time was enter for the collection.
