Sumproduct, Subtotal with multiple condition

Hi Guys,

Please find attached the template I am working on.

Could you please help me. I am half way through.

In the cell I17, I18 and I19, total should come as
(i) 4 for ON,
(ii) 5 for OFF and
(iii) 9 for TOTAL.

Column E (%) is not considered currently.

Please help me integrate the condition in cell I17 that if there is a "Y" (in I column) and "ON" (in F column), then add the percentage to I17 cell.
For example: 100% should correspond to 1, 50 to .5, 60 to .6 and 10% to .1. Then, the sum for ON would be 4.

Accordingly for OFF and TOTAL.

I have to do this via Subtotal only.
