Using match, rank, and offset functions to create an automatic sorting mechanism

I have a spreadsheet containing concert information (Name, address, city, state, zip, phone) that is currently sorted by state, then by city, then by name (all A-Z) What I need to do is create a second spreadsheet, linked to the first, with all the data being identical. But I need to sort the second sheet by the Name of the venue. I was told there was a way to do this using a combination of match, rank and offset so that it would automatically update and sort the second sheet when I update the original.

Can anyone think of a way to do this? (If you can think of a better way, or indeed, any other way... it doesnt have to be using match rank and offset! I'll take anything!)

    Thanks!
