Multiple If Statements and a Blank

I didn't seem to find another thread like this, or at least they didn't make sense to me.

If I have 2 completely independent If statements, how do I combine those into one column? I attached a sample excel sheet. Basically I want all 3 of those separate formulas to work in one big formula under column C. This is a very dumbed down sample of what I'm working with obviously, but it shows what I want to do.

It's probably really easy!

Note that if both cells are blank it will return "Yes2" unless amended.
