    Index match function

Can anyone help me, I need an Index Match Function that will help to pull data from a table with grades. I've attached the sheet so you can see and work with. The index Match function I tried only says #N/A.

Not sure if I have the formula before behind.

    Try this: =INDEX(SCORE5[Week 1],MATCH(B1,Table53[Agent],0),1)
