how to mark highlighting cells with the same value, see this below :
set data compare in Column A with Column C
col.a co.b col.c col.d
3------1------3-------5
6------2------6-------6
2------2------2-------7
etc...
how can figure it out???

If I understand you correctly, you need to use Conditional Formatting for this.
Highlight the range, select Conditional Formatting from the HOME tab/Styles
select NEW RULE
select "format only unique/duplicate values"
make sure "duplicate" is selected
select format fill color
OK out
1. Use code tags for VBA. [code] Your Code [/code] (or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

but not full work...
expected result, compare column a vs column c not single column
then row at column a vs row at column c (row to row) is the same value, highlighted cells
I would suggest you upload a sample work book, (all sensitive data removed), showing what data you are working with, a few examples of what your expected outcome is, and how you arrived at that
ok..i attach work book....
Why row 12 in your example is not highlighted?

row 12 is highlighted..

You have to just modify your range.

How can you use Conditional Formating.
