direct wages deduct Holiday, deduct Vacation,and calcaulate direct wages percentage indire

I am trying to create formula to get indirect wages
I have total wages and deduct holiday wages, deduct vacation and calculate direct labor % to get indirect wages.

Total wages are $ 265229.00
Holiday $ (20662.000
Vacation $ (9181.00)
Misc $ (75000.00)

Net wages $160386.00
then I want to deduct 45% of $ 160386.00 direct labor of $ (72173.70)

$160386.00
$(72173.70)

$88212.30 indirect labor

how can I write to get these result


what I have so far $=+(H100-V105-V106+V102-H84*H108) donot know what I am doing wrong ?

please some one can help me , that will be great, I really have to finish this file.
