Matching Cell value and calulating median

Hello everyone

Just wondering if i could get some assistance. For my output below, you will see values in column B which are 7 digit numbers (First value is 3122401). And column N which are 7 digit numbers (first value is 3122401). Some of the values in column B have repeated twice or more. What i was wondering, is it possible in Excel to match up all of the instances in Col B where the 7 digit numbers occur with its occurance in col N (put the output in Col O) and then calc the average of them? Just wondering if this can be done automatically with a formula? Assuming its along the lines of a Vlookup?

Do you think.. average formula works on a image..
please upload the excel file..

and average of what.. if A2 and N2 matched then average of what..
as per image.. looks like.. but.. .....


Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Sorry about that I wasn't sure if that was what you would like me to do.

ive attached it and cleared out some of the info not needed.

So basically what i want to do is match the values in col B with those in col J. So for example if a value is repeated three times in col b i want to match it with Col J's listing of the value and insert the average of those three values in the col next to it.
