Calulating end date by using two different formulas in the same cell

Hope this isn't a repeat I have looked and not found anything similiar.

I want a formula that will take a start date from one cell, the number of days in a seperate cell, and give me an end date based on a variable.

If the number of days is 5 days or less I want to use the =WORKDAY function (current code I use for that is =WORKDAY(B8,C8) ) If the number of days is 6 or greater, I just want to use calendar days (so a typical B8,C8). I have tried several combinations without luck.
