=Average a whole column but only if criteria is met ?

Hi experts

So I'm trying to write a formula that is average out all cells in column F. let us call that average the "Skew"
1. sort by minute (column A) so that for each minute there's 1 "skew" (average of F values of that minute).
2. use column D to determine whether to use F of the PUT or the CALL: if B>D use CALL, if not use PUT.
3. once the correct option (ie 14P or 16C) has been determined, check that it's price (E) is greater than 0.05. if not, don't use it.

I know this can be hard to understand, so I'm here 24/7 for questions or clarifications. Notice that I already have some helper columns, hope it helps!
