Hi there!
Anyone could help me how to do this.
If the value of cell is not equal to the value of another cell the font color is red.
If the value of cell is equal to the value of another cell the font color is green.
Sample Attached.

welcome to the forum, pcexgokou. select the range you want to apply to (say from B5:C32)
in Excel 2007 & above, go to Home -> Conditional Formatting -> New Rule -> Use a formula to determine which cells to format -> Format values where this formula is true:
in Excel 2003, go to Format -> Conditional Formatting -> Formula is:
=$A5=B5
format as green font
repeat the steps & do another formula for the red font:
=$A5<>$B5
you can also format all as red font in the beginning. and simply do the first one. when it is equal, it will turn green. otherwise, it will remain as red
Thanks, if you have clicked on the * and added our rep.
