Formula required to meet returned Yes/No conditions

Hi Folks

In the attached worksheet I have set up Col D to return Yes/No

Where Col D does return "Yes" I want Cell C5 etc to return the value corresponding to the name from Cols E & F.

So RADISH returns "Yes" I now need the value (2) to appear in Col C in line with RADISH.

Where PUMPKIN returns "No" I want C6 to return blank.
