Conditional formatting based upon 2 separate cells

this problem has been driving me crazy...but I was hoping someone here can help me figure it out

I am trying to highlight a cell based upon the data in 2 other cells

I want it to highlight the cell in column J if the data in column I = 0, but not highlight if the data in column H = 0

I've tried multiple formulas, and cannot figure out how to get the second criteria to make it not highlight

    any ideas?

    John

    Maybe:

    Formula: copy to clipboard

    ... tests for J2 not blank, I2=0 and H2 not 0
