Formula that looks at a range of checkboxes

I am looking for a formula that will look at a range of checkboxes and returns an "X" if one of the checkboxes is checked. I have been looking for something that will reference the value of the checkbox that I can use in a vlookup?

    Suggestions?

This is my first post so be patient.
