In B12 Cell of Result Sheet

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Data!$A$3:$A$13,SMALL(IF(Data!$F$3:$F$14<>"",ROW(Data!$F$3:$F$14)-ROW(Data!$F$3)+1),ROW($A1))),"")

In C12 Cell of Result Sheet

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Data!$F$3:$F$13,SMALL(IF(Data!$F$3:$F$14<>"",ROW(Data!$F$3:$F$14)-ROW(Data!$F$3)+1),ROW($A1))),"")

In D12 Cell of Result Sheet

    =IFERROR(INDEX(Data!$B$3:$B$13,SMALL(IF(Data!$F$3:$F$14<>"",ROW(Data!$F$3:$F$14)-ROW(Data!$F$3)+1),ROW($A1))),"")

    Drag the formula's Down...

    Re: lookup multiple data

Oops.. forgot to mention that all the suggested formula's are ARRAY FORMULA's Array Formula - Requires CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER

Array formulas need to be entered using the key combination of CTRL,SHIFT,ENTER (not just ENTER). Hold down both the CTRL key and the SHIFT key then hit ENTER.
