Please explain better what you are trying to achieve; Where did youwant the anwer. Is it based on todays date, tomorrows date or another date?
Pehaps give an example of the anwer of what you are after.

If I Need For example to now what is the next RDO date for Mido ( the next one means the one after today's date ), lease check attached sample sheet

In Q2 and copy down:
=INDEX(B$2:P$2,MATCH(1,(INDEX((B3:P3="RDO")*(B$2:P$2>TODAY()),,)),0))

It works as you made it, but can you please explain for me what you have done, Also please if you have other solution with other formula tell me.
I just used the suggestion of XOR LX in hidden column Q.
Then in E10, i used an INDEX&MATCH to get the result.
