Highlighting (filling) an entire row one colour

Hi folks,

I have a multiple spreadsheets I need to analyze with thousands of rows.

What I need to do is find a certain figure in a cell and replace that entire row with a fill colour and not just that one cell. Is that even possible?

In the second example I selected all cels and then entered the formula:-
