Compare number and color cell if biger or smaller

Hello

I have my hourly work file and i want to color cells with red if the number is biger than colum E and green if is smaller. i do il manually but i wanted to know that if can be auto fill every time i write the numbers. Oh but also can allow me to ad employers at Max 200 names.
