I create an excel worksheet customized order report out of our Businessworks MRP system and copy it into a worksheet in a seperate workbook. Each row contains different order information and creates a list as follows:
OrderNo,CustomerName,PartNumber,Material,MACHINE,QUANTITYOFSHEETS,SysDate,DUEDATE,Prep,Artwork,Expos,Devel,Etch,S/Dry,Plating,QC,NOTES
My supervisor inputs the specific information for the cells that are in uppercase from the line above. Below the copied grouped list of orders are grouped MACHINEs with they're unique number. A number matching a specific MACHINE will be input into each order in the grouped list of orders and input by the supervisor into the cell in the MACHINE column.
MY PROBLEM: I've tried Advanced Filter, but when an order is closed I have to delete the order row from the copied order list grouping AND the order row that was duplicated in the MACHINE grouping. I tried arraying the formula =IF($E6="4",$A6:$Q6) and =IF($E6="4",$A6:$Q6,""), but I get ALL the order list rows and the orders without the corresponding MACHINE number show either FALSE or are "blank" depending on the formula.
MY QUESTION: Is there a formula that will only pull from the order list the specific MACHINE numbered rows? And allow me to DELETE the order rows "closed" only once from the copied order list grouping?
Help, Geer
