Convert inches to feet and inches

Is there a way to insert a number into a cell and have it convert into Feet and Inches. EX: converting 119.5 to 9ft 9.5inches.

You can change the percision by changing the "16"'s to whatever you want (i.e. 2 for halve, 4 for quarter, 8 for eighths, etc.)

Thank you this almost gets me home. My situation is my measurements are in decimal for inches and 1/8s example is 73.2 (meaning 73 inches and 2/8). How can I convert 73.2 to equal 6' 1 2/8". OR to read how the NFL translates height 73.2 = 6012 6 foot 01 inches 2 eights?

Either or would make my day, both would make my week
