Conditional Formatting with IF and AND Statements

Hiya,

I need to apply conditional formatting where the user can select the following from column P ( this is a validated list)

Minor Void Works (10 days)
Major Void Works (20 Days)
Long Term Void Works
Disposal
Management Void
Options Appraisal

I need to apply the conditional formatting base in the number of days in column AH and colour it in. Each selection will have different colours.

If Minor Void Works (10 days) is selected and AH cell is under 10 days then its green, otherwise RED
If Major Void Works (20 days) is selected and AH cell is under 20 days then its green, otherwise RED
and all others will be orange if over 20 days and red if over 50 days.
