Looking up a name in another sheet and displaying a value under it

Hi All

Thanks for helping with this...
I think I know what to do but am not sure how to do it

I need to look up a name (main!c5) which is blessing

Then I need to display the "with category staff total ) which is with !h18.
This with!h18 will change all the time and wont be the same cell ( based on what the pos system spits out)

So I was thinking the best way to do this was to lookup main!c5 (the name) on the with sheet
and then go across 3 cells to the price column( column f, it will always be column f)
Then go down till it sees "staff Total" then go across 2 cells and display that total
The net sales will always be 2 across from the staff total but may be in a different row each time. So I figured that search for the name then going to staff total was the best way.

I cant get the lookup and offset function to work. If you can , can you help me to get it to work , or show me an easier way to do it .

How about trying to normalize the data...then do a lookup?

See attached, press normalize button...then look at the sheets, you can use vlookups after the data is normalized.
