Finding a cell based in a search for another cell

Hi,

Thanks for reading (and hopefully helping me ) with this post

I am trying to read data from a pos system and it spits it into excel in a weird way.

As you can see on my main tab I have got almost all of it done..

I need to see the total with $$ for each staff member ( for example blessing would be with!h18($2.31)

My way was to find the cell with the persons name in it ( I have done that)
then move to column f ( it has the word staff total in it) ( I have done that)
then I was going to move to the word staff total ( I cant do this)
Then move across 2 to the total net sales.

I cant work out how to goto the word staff total under each person and then accress 2 to the total net sales.
If you can think of a simpler way it would be much appreciated.


I am sitting here on my 3rd coffee and my brain is acutally hurting atm from this spreadshett.. I have very little excel experience but I am very proud of what I have done so far

well thats confusing...!what would Your ideal result be for a couple of names for anything?

well you have loads of stuff with address() in it on sheet main!
but if you want to get staff total of 19 for blessing,staff total of 17 for brittany and 120 for cassie and so on
then
