    Wrong exact match with HLOOKUP

    I have a strange problem in the attached doc..
    Cell D4 should display 25%, as in cell E4, but it displays 20%...

    Any idea of the origin of this problem?

    you need to round
    b3 across
    =ROUND(A3+2.5%,5)
