    Averaging numbers that are 12 rows apart

    Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me, I need to average numbers that are 12 rows apart ie. all the January's and was wondering if there is a formula I can just drag down rather than inputting all the cells separately. I have uploaded a sample spreadsheet but the actual one includes 465 rows and 193 columns [ATTACH]277735 thank you!
